Terry, a Monroe native and niece of the late Doran Zwygart, supports the continued efforts of the National Historic Cheesemaking Center, giving of her time and efforts .
Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese is a fourth generation family owned cheese factory based in rural Kiel, Wisconsin that features an on-site cheese store and museum. Henning’s offers a wide variety of cheese, including Cheddars & Colbys that have won many national and world awards.

Klondike Cheese Company, one of the largest feta producers in the country is in its fourth generation of cheesemakers, owned and operated by three Master Cheesemakers, Ron, Dave and Steve Buholzer. In addition to traditional Greek feta, Klondike also produces flavored feta, brick, muenster and havarti cheeses and most recently Greek Yogurt.
