World Cheese Contest is now February 2021

The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) recently announced an exciting break with tradition as it plans to host the World Championship Cheese
Contest in February 2021.

Four “masked” visitors were among the first we greeted when we opened the doors at NHCC on June 18th. Their mode of transportation was a beautiful recreational vehicle that took them to 12 states for a month. Great way to travel in “safer at home” during the Covid - 19 pandemic!

Cheese Days Festival Moves to 2021

The Cheese Days event for 2020 is canceled. However, the announcement came with a bit of good news — they’ve moved the event to be held Sept. 17-19, 2021.

We can hardly wait! The Executive Board has given the green light to open the Cheese Center on June 18. We traditionally open May 1 for a season lasting to October 31. The pandemic changed all plans everywhere.
